Shipment of items will occur in 2-4 business days, unless backorder or pre-order circumstances occur. If exceptions occur, you will be notified and products will be shipped as soon as they are available. Shipments will arrive via either UPS or USPS, depending on the best price for your order. If you request RUSH (2-day) shipping, you agree that an additional charge will be added to the credit card provided.
Hansa Center cannot be held responsible for shipping and/or billing of items ordered through Amazon and/or any other retailer linked to our site. Our policy applies ONLY to items purchased from HansaCenter.com, and does not apply to other items we may link to, recommend, or suggest from Amazon or any other merchant.
If you wish to return items purchased from our website for any reason, you may contact us to arrange for return shipping. Items must be unused and with original seal intact. Nutritional supplements must be at least two months in advance of the expiration date. A full refund will be given, less a 15% fee for restocking and processing. If item(s) arrive(s) damaged or other than advertised, return shipping will be paid by Hansa Center. If you change your mind or return products for any other reason, return shipping will be your responsibility. Any item returned without a promotional item originally included in the transaction will receive a normal refund minus the value of the promotional item. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
If cancellation is necessary, notify us as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to stop the processing of the order, but it may not be possible. If the order has already shipped, you agree to normal return processing when you send it back.
Special promotions are subject to availability and may be discontinued without prior warning. We reserve the right to limit quantities of ordered items. No returns on special orders.
E-mail Correspondence Policy
As more people gain access to the Internet, our doctors are inundated with e-mail questions, tapping greatly into their time and expertise. We are unable to, and believe it is irresponsible to, give advice by e-mail to people we know nothing about. Our best advice is to read Dr. Jernigan’s book, Beating Lyme Disease 2nd Edition. It includes nearly every question our doctors have been asked over the years.
