Hansa Shipping Policy

- The shipping department hours are Monday-Thursday 10am – 4pm.

- In order to make sure you don’t run out of remedies, it is best to order one week or more before you will need it.

- We ship Monday through Thursday and do our best to get orders out as soon as possible. Orders are processed in our office generally within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

- Occasionally, same-day shipping is available for an extra charge if all items are in stock. Please call us for same-day shipping requests. (Orders received after 2pm are not eligible for same-day shipping.)

- Standard shipping is UPS 3-day select. This is 3 more days in addition to the processing time listed above. Upgrades to 2-day air or Overnight are available at an additional cost by calling us.

- For special order items, please allow additional processing time – this includes custom mixes, essential oils, Bio Mats, etc.

- A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent upon shipment. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you.

- International orders incur an additional handling fee because of extra processing required.

- Summer shipping: June 1 to September 15, all supplement packages will require a signature upon delivery. This is to protect the remedies from damage due to sun & heat if left in/on your porch, garage, etc.

Return policy

- We accept items unopened & unexpired. Please include a note with your name and address in the box when shipping items back.

- No returns or changes are available on special order items once ordered.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made without a doctor’s recommendation.
